About the Conference on Research Data Infrastructure 2027 in Hannover
The 3rd edition of the Conference on Research Data Infrastructure (CoRDI) will take place from 5 to 7 October 2027 at Leibniz University Hannover (LUH). CoRDI 2027 is being organised by the association German National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI) in cooperation with the TIB – Leibniz Information Centre for Science and Technology and LUH.
The conference offers three days full of exchange, inspiration and practical insights in the unique historical setting of the Welfenschloss. A diverse programme is planned, featuring keynote speeches, presentations, a poster session, a ‘market of opportunities’ and other exciting formats. The relevant calls for submissions will be published at a later date on this page.
CoRDI stands for new scientific insights through the better use of research data – and for the resulting benefits to society. We look forward to welcoming national and international stakeholders from all fields of research, as well as from the infrastructure sector, to CoRDI 2027 in Hannover.

Location
The conference will take place at Leibniz University Hannover in the Welfenschloss. This historic building, designed in the Neo-Gothic style, offers a variety of event spaces. It is directly connected to the Welfengarten, a city park in the style of an English landscape garden.
The nearest underground station is ‘Leibniz Universität’. The nearest long-distance railway station is Hannover Hauptbahnhof.
