The spectrum of topics ranges from data protection and copyright to ethical aspects of research data management. The Legal Helpdesk is open to researchers, cultural heritage specialists, cultural heritage institutions and research projects. It has grown into a reliable and highly demanded service for our community, covering simple questions as well as complex dialogues on data utilisation plans and rights management strategies.
