With the release of the updated Digital Coffee Table Book, NFDIxCS provides a new impulse for sharing knowledge on research data and software management.
Building on the first edition featuring 13 international voices, the new version has been expanded: additional interviews, interactive content, and new formats offer a broader perspective on current developments in Open and FAIR Science.
The publication brings together perspectives from a wide range of disciplines—from bioinformatics and astrophysics to digital humanities.
Experts share insights into their work with data and software while reflecting on key challenges, community-driven approaches, and emerging standards.
The Digital Coffee Table Book addresses both experienced professionals in research data management and those newly engaging with Open Science. It serves not only as an informational resource but also as a communication tool that increases visibility and encourages active participation within the community.
